About the Role
We are "8 Mile Solution" and are seeking 5 energetic and highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing sales team in the UAE. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities through various channels, including cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling tools, to identify and engage potential clients.
Research target accounts to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they align with our ideal customer profile.
Articulate the value proposition of 8 Mile Solution's products/services clearly and concisely.
Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and lead qualifications in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
Continuously learn about our products/services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role. Fresh graduates with a strong desire for a sales career are encouraged to apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
Strong research skills and the ability to quickly understand business needs.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient, with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
Prior experience living or working in the UAE is beneficial.
