IT Integration Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end management of IT integration projects, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

Develop and maintain integration strategies, architectures, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and IT strategy.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, and development teams to understand integration needs and propose optimal solutions.

Oversee the design and development of APIs, data mappings, and integration flows between disparate systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, custom applications).

Manage integration platforms and tools (e.g., iPaaS solutions like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or custom integration frameworks).

Ensure integration solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and adhere to best practices and architectural standards.

Conduct thorough testing of integrations, ensuring data integrity and system performance.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration specialists and developers.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Document integration designs, specifications, and processes.

Stay up-to-date with emerging integration technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

7-10 years of experience in IT with at least 3-5 years in a dedicated IT Integration Manager or Lead Integration Engineer role.

Strong hands-on experience with various integration technologies and patterns (e.g., REST, SOAP, Message Queues, ETL).

Proven experience with at least one major iPaaS platform (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica Cloud Integration, Workato).

Solid understanding of enterprise application integration (EAI) principles and service-oriented architecture (SOA).

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating cloud-based applications.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team members.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Must be authorized to work in the UK.
