Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy that aligns with 8 Mile Solution's mission, values, and business objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize key CSR focus areas, including environmental sustainability, social impact, ethical governance, and community engagement.
Manage and oversee various CSR programs and initiatives, from concept to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., HR, Marketing, Operations, Legal) to integrate CSR principles into daily operations and company culture.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including non-profit organizations, community leaders, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.
Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of CSR data and metrics, including the preparation of annual CSR reports or sustainability disclosures.
Enhance internal and external communication of our CSR efforts, working closely with the marketing and communications teams.
Monitor industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in CSR and sustainability, recommending adaptations to our strategy.
Manage the CSR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Organize and promote employee volunteering programs and philanthropic initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, non-profit management, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CSR programs.
Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles, and relevant reporting standards.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and report on CSR data.
Passion for social impact, environmental stewardship, and ethical business practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Must be authorized to work in the USA.
