Key Responsibilities:
Apply psychological principles and research methodologies to solve complex business problems related to organizational design, talent management, leadership development, and change management.
Conduct psychological assessments, surveys, and qualitative research to gather insights into employee behavior, motivation, and organizational dynamics.
Design and implement interventions and programs aimed at improving employee engagement, performance, and well-being.
Provide expert consultation to leaders and teams on topics such as team effectiveness, communication strategies, and conflict resolution.
Develop and deliver workshops and training programs on various organizational psychology topics.
Analyze data to identify trends, measure the impact of interventions, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with HR, L&D, and other internal stakeholders to integrate psychological insights into people strategies and processes.
Stay current with the latest research and best practices in organizational psychology, behavioral science, and business trends.
Qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Psychology, or a closely related field.
3-7 years of experience in an applied business psychology, organizational development, or HR consulting role.
Strong understanding of psychological theories and their application in business contexts (e.g., motivation, leadership, group dynamics, cognitive biases).
Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including survey design, statistical analysis, and interpretation of complex data.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with psychometric tools and assessment methodologies is a plus.
