Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the APAC region, aligned with global business objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team across various APAC countries, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
Drive consistent achievement of regional sales quotas and revenue goals through effective pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution.
Identify new market opportunities, develop Go-to-Market strategies, and establish strong partnerships to accelerate growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders across the region.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and inform product development.
Implement and optimize sales processes, leveraging CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage the regional sales budget, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey and drive cross-functional alignment.
Provide regular reports and insights on regional sales performance to the executive team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
10-15 years of progressive experience in sales and business development, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role (e.g., Regional Sales Director, VP of Sales) specifically within the Asia-Pacific market.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth in the APAC region.
Deep understanding of the diverse market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business practices across key APAC countries.
