About the Role

This role is crucial for building and nurturing strong client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.
Understand client needs and business objectives to propose relevant solutions and services.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, support) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Communicate client feedback and market insights to internal teams for continuous product/service improvement.
Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role, preferably within [mention specific industry if relevant, e.g., IT services, SaaS, consulting].
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
